Restaurant Manager

Skybokx 109 is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced environment, LOVES Sports, and knows how to keep both guests and staff engaged and always welcome.  

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve revenues.


• Manage and motivate staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations


• Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, product quality, and customer service


• Create and maintain a positive work environment


• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations


• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and the local community

Requirements:

• Experience as restaurant manager or similar role in the restaurant industry


• Strong leadership and management abilities


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively


• Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends


• Familiarity with restaurant management software


• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
