Job Description - Restaurant Manager

Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Industry: Hospitality

Location: Dallas, TX

Work Location: In person

Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time

Compensation: $20 - $25/hr.

Our client is a premium sports bar opening a brand-new location in Dallas Tx. Our client prioritizes quality over quantity and caters to high-end customers who equally feel the same. A Restaurant Manager with the right experience and culture fit will be strongly desired.

Expectations

  • Oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring smooth service and high standards.
  • Hire, train, and manage staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Monitor inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships to maintain cost-effective supply chains.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, manage budgets, and control costs.
  • Collaborate with marketing and events teams to drive traffic and brand visibility.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and prepare regular performance reports.

Qualification

  • 3+ years of restaurant management experience (sports bar, fine dining and casual dining preferred).
  • Any relevant F&B, hospitality, marketing certification is a plus.
  • Familiarity with POS systems, scheduling tools, and inventory software.
