We are looking for Restaurant Managers with 1-3 years of restaurant management experience to round out our team. The DAIQUIRI DECK is a high energy, high volume, full service, fun concept. Candidates that are successful with us have high levels of integrity, a competitive drive to succeed and a "whatever it takes" attitude.
We’ll expect you to lead by example and uplift our staff during busy moments in our fast-paced environment. Ultimately, you will ensure our restaurant runs smoothly and customers have GREAT dining experiences.
Responsibilities
- Champion restaurant culture by "walking the talk"
- Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
- Organize and supervise shifts
- Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
- Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events
- Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
Skills
- Proven customer service experience as a manager
- Motivated, self-starter with strong drive to succeed
- Food and beverage knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff
- High energy, hands-on leadership style
- Basic computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel
