The Restaurant Manager at JUSTIN is an experienced leader of all service aspects focused on delivering service at or above a Forbes 5-star level, and supporting the Michelin star ratings. The Restaurant Manager, manages the team effectively and efficiently balancing operational costs and high levels of service and growth.  The Restaurant manager is responsible for driving profit and loss, relevant KPI’s related to revenue as well as customer experience. The Restaurant Manager will partner closely with the Chef team to create a seamless flow of the expression of the kitchen onto the dining room. The Restaurant manager must have a strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, sales mentality and luxury customer experience.

•  Maintains Forbes 5-Star service standards, and ensures memorable guest experience for all
• Present for all stages of service (pre, post, food and wine service)
• Builds, organizes and reports on an award winnng wine program
• Manages all customer touchpoints, collateral, assets, inventories of service items (beverage, wine, non-alcohlic, teas, coffees) table equipment, service equipment
• Monitors and responds to reviews, ratings and other necessary guest interaction, responses or issues
• Helps manage the F&B POS, sourcing new IT solutions or selecting platforms to help drive sales, efficiency
• Sends nightly, weekly, monthly reports as need/required (such as covers, KPI’s, PNL Performance)
• Conducts Meetings and training for team to maintain/increase service standards and knowledge
• Works directly with culinary team to pair wines for menu
• Maintains Beverage Menu (creating mocktails, and wine based beverages to increase sales)
• Manages Wine List to maximize wine sales (both JUSTIN and non-JUSTIN)

• 2+ years Managing in Michelin and/or Forbes 5 star fine dining restaurant
• 1+ year Wine Sales
• Serve Safe Card
• Sommelier Level 1 (or higher, alternatively willingness to become certified within first 6 months of employement)
• Excellent verbal, written communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure, while maintaining high level of composure, emotional intelligence and attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Solution oriented, highly motivated

Pay Range: $78,000 - $95,000 and may include a discretionary bonus.  Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
