Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
• Lead and motivate a talented team in bot the front of house and back of house to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Manage inventory and ordering to control costs to maximize profitability.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven experience in full service restaurant management, at least two years.
• Alcohol knowledge for purchasing and selling wine, high end liquor and beer.
• Experience in planning and executing large events and caterings.
• Serve safe management certificate and alcohol awareness certificate required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Schedule & Availability:

• Weekend availability required.
• Flexible shifts including 8-hour and 10-hour shifts.
