4 Rivers Smokehouse is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our Jacksonville leadership team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong culinary and kitchen operations background who also enjoys developing people, engaging with guests, and driving overall restaurant performance.

At 4 Rivers, our managers don't lead from behind a desk. We are looking for a hands-on leader who can balance back-of-house execution, front-of-house hospitality, and large-scale catering operations while building a strong team culture.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily restaurant operations across both front-of-house and back-of-house
• Coach, develop, and hold team members accountable to performance standards
• Ensure exceptional food quality, cleanliness, hospitality, and operational execution
• Manage labor, inventory, scheduling, and payroll
• Support and oversee high-volume catering production while balancing in-house restaurant demands
• Work closely with the General Manager to drive sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction
• Build relationships with guests and maintain a visible presence in the dining room
• Monitor guest feedback and implement solutions that enhance the overall experience
• Maintain food safety and operational compliance standards

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience
• Strong kitchen and food production background
• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Ability to successfully manage both catering and restaurant operations
• Passion for hospitality and guest engagement
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing high-volume catering operations
• Experience with inventory management, food cost controls, and labor management
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, R365, and restaurant management systems
• Food Safety Management certification (or willingness to obtain)
