Restaurant Manager

At Chick-fil-A Bellevue, the Manager role is more than just a job; it offers a plethora of opportunities, not only for developing others, but yourself as well.

Restaurant Managers are in charge of different store metrics and work with other leaders and team members to meet these store goals. These include things like food cost, labor, food safety, customer satisfaction scores, etc.

Restaurant Managers are expected to lead with little-to-no oversight. However, as a part of a Chick-fil-A Restaurant, they have the benefit of a local independent Franchise Owner/Operator in the business to help coach and develop them.

Restaurant Managers also help oversee daily shift operations, ensuring top-notch service and compliance with company standards. Specific responsibilities will include team member breaks, speed-of-service, labor goals, counting cash, as well as opening, closing, and managing the restaurant in lieu of other leadership.

Required Experience:

REQUIRED: Previous management/leadership experience

REQUIRED: Restaurant/Food Service industry experience

Position Type:

Full-time or Part-time

Hours:

We operate Monday through Saturday.

Shifts range from 5:45am-10:45pm

Closed on Sundays.

Manager Responsibilities:

Serve guests according to department duties.

Work hands-on in daily operations 75% or more of the time

Own/Oversee store metrics

Help with in-the-moment coaching and training.

Manage staffing levels to help achieve business goals.

Run shifts by assigning Team Members in positions.

Bag, prepare, and deliver completed orders to guests.

Act as a subject matter expert for hospitality, customer service, and kitchen support.

Maintain a clean restaurant.

Smile.

Create and maintain eye contact.

Speak Enthusiastically.

Make Emotional Connections with Guests.

Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant.

Multi-task often and move quickly, yet thoroughly.

Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and have a strong work ethic.

Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members.

Adhere to Chick-fil-A Bellevue's rules and policies at all times.

Meet physical demands of the position, including standing for up to 12 hours and lifting or carrying up to 50 pounds.

Must be able to work on Fridays and Saturdays.

Must also be available to close at least 3 nights each week, and 1 of those must be a Friday or Saturday night. (number of closes subject to staffing and business needs)
