Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, Avion Hospitality. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc.  The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment.  If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.


 



We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our establishment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards of quality, and fostering a positive work environment. Key Responsibilities:




  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service and customer satisfaction



  • Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations



  • Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness in compliance with health regulations



  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely procurement



  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally



  • Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones



  • Control costs and optimize profitability through effective resource management



  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards.



Skills and Qualifications:




  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry



  • Strong leadership and team management skills



  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities



  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety standards, and health regulations



  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure



  • Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control



  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required



  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality management certification is a plus
