• Operations Pro: Keep daily FOH operations, food prep standards, and safety/hygiene glowing under the guidance of the GM.

• Proven restaurant background (management experience is a big plus!).

• Adaptability, sharp organizational skills, and a results-driven mindset for boosting sales and efficiency.
