Title: Restaurant Manager
Job Description: We are in search of a dedicated and professional Restaurant Manager to assist the General Manager in overseeing the overall operations of our Bistro. The Restaurant Manager must possess an infectious enthusiasm for our vision and be able to motivate team members. Responsibilities include hiring, training, and ensuring that our staff maintains our high standards and follows our policies and procedures. The Restaurant Manager will report directly to the General Manager and will be responsible for preparing end-of-shift reports that cover daily labor, food control, and sales. Feedback from guests will be used to continuously evaluate service and food quality. Familiarity with French cuisine and a strong foundation in wine knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications:
- The Restaurant Manager must possess exceptional guest-oriented skills and demonstrate the highest levels of honesty and integrity.

- The Restaurant Manager must be passionate about developing and mentoring others.
