Restaurant Manager Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager overseeing a team of 30 or more
• Proficiency in both front-of-the-house and back-of-the-house operations
• Track record of managing sales volumes exceeding $2 million annually
• Financial acumen with the ability to analyze P&L statements and address cost-related issues
