We are seeking an exceptional Restaurant Manager to oversee all aspects of operations for a upscale restaurant with a rich tradition in Columbus, OH. Compensation: $70,000-$90,000 base (Commensurate with Experience) + bonus potential, Healthcare, PTO, and more!

Requirements:

• 3+ years of Restaurant Management experience
• Hiring, training, and developing restaurant staff
• Financial acumen including building budgets and monitoring sales and expenses
• Strong leadership ability overseeing both the front and back of house
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
