Title of Position: Restaurant Manager

Job Description: Our Restaurant Manager must be capable of managing day-to-day shifts and ensuring smooth, calm, and efficient restaurant operations always ensuring every guest has a five-star experience. The person in this position receives inventory, moves, and lifts food and beverage items and products; and maintains a solid understanding of products and services available in the restaurant. It is incredibly important our Restaurant Manager understands the right way to hire, train and treat team members with respect and kindness while leading by example and confidence.

Qualifications:

• The Restaurant Manager must have fine dining restaurant management experience of at least 2 years.
• A passion for mentoring and developing others is a must for the Restaurant Manager
• A solid knowledge of wine, both new world and old world, is a must for the Restaurant Manager
• The Restaurant Manager must be extremely guest-oriented with the highest degree of honesty and integrity.
• The Restaurant Manager must be able to work nights and weekends.
