• Assist the General Manager and other management staff in daily restaurant operations.
• Support front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth service.
• Help maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service.
• Participate in staff training, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Learn and enforce restaurant policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
• Contribute to inventory management and cost control efforts.

 Requirements:

• A strong desire to pursue a career in restaurant management.
• 2 years Previous restaurant management experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
