A well-established hospitality establishment in Naples, FL is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join their team.

Summary of Position:
The Restaurant Manager will oversee the daily operations and staff management of the establishment. The ideal candidate will ensure adherence to all policies and procedures while striving to achieve revenue objectives and maintaining exceptional customer service standards.

Essential Functions:

• Train and supervise staff members
• Manage the beverage program, including inventory, ordering, and budget management
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
• Collaborate with management to achieve revenue goals
• Maintain a safe and efficient working environment
• Handle cash and other receipts according to company policies
• Conduct regular inventory audits and place product orders as needed

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Implement and enforce all company policies and procedures
• Provide exceptional customer service to all guests
• Maintain consistency in food and beverage preparation and service
• Oversee employee scheduling and performance evaluations
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations
• Develop and execute marketing and promotional activities
• Assist with inventory management and staff training
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of front-of-the-house operations experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Proficiency in point of sale systems and basic math
• Must be at least 21 years of age
