Wild Finch is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager with a strong background in restaurant operations, leadership, and hospitality—especially in opening new restaurants. • Lead all aspects of restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff management, and service execution.
• Drive a successful restaurant opening, ensuring all systems, training, and operations are effectively established.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing front-of-house and back-of-house team.
• Implement and maintain best practices in service, hospitality, and guest experience to exceed expectations.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls to ensure profitability and efficiency.
• Foster strong communication between the front-of-house and kitchen teams for seamless service.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Collaborate with leadership to enhance menu offerings, operational strategies, and team performance.

Requirements

What Sets You Apart:

Experience:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, General Manager, or Assistant Manager in a high-volume setting.
• Hands-on experience in opening a new restaurant, including hiring, training, and operational setup.

Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Deep understanding of restaurant operations, including financial management, staffing, and service standards.
• Ability to develop and maintain a positive restaurant culture that fosters teamwork and excellence.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in restaurant technology, POS systems, and reporting tools.
