Manager – Chick-fil-A Freehold Township Route 9 North

Chick-fil-A Freehold Township Route 9 North is seeking experienced, hospitality-focused leaders to join our Management Team. We are looking for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, lead by example, and are passionate about developing people while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Pay

Competitive wage range: $19.50 – $24.00 per hour based on experience, leadership capability, certifications, and operational readiness.

Position Requirements

• Full-time availability required
• Open and closing availability required
• Current ServSafe Manager Certification required
• Minimum one (1) year of Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) management experience required
• Chick-fil-A experience preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to lead operational excellence in food safety, hospitality, and team development
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Team Members and Team Leaders
• Ensure excellence in food safety, cleanliness, and operational execution
• Deliver outstanding hospitality and guest service
• Coach and hold team members accountable to Chick-fil-A standards
• Execute opening and closing procedures
• Support staffing, shift execution, and daily operational leadership
• Help create a positive, growth-oriented culture focused on teamwork and personal excellence
