We are looking for an enthusiastic Operations Leader to join our team at Chick-fil-A. Your Impact

• Lead daily operations in either the Front of House or Back of House. Ensure food safety, quality, speed of service and guest experience are exceptional
  
• Manage staffing, productivity, labor, and shift efficiency with a week-long view of the business
  
• Motivate and coach team members to exceed standards, while creating a positive and high-energy culture
  
• Collaborate with Front of House (FOH) leaders and Directors to ensure seamless operations
  
• Train, develop, coach, provide clear actionable feedback and accountability to team members
  
• Detail-oriented and organized, yet flexible and quick-thinking when challenges arise
  
• Have a strong sense of ownership and the ability to drive performance across service goals
  

Background Profile

• 2+ years of Leadership experience in quick-service or restaurant operations
  
• Availability to open and/or close the restaurant as needed
  
• Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
  
• Passion for Chick-fil-A's values
