Restaurant Sales

Responsibilities:

• Direct Sales to Asian Restaurants, Retail Grocery, specifically for prepared and Sushi-specific Seafood
• Generate and maintain contacts for leads in the PNW, ideally, Western WA, but also including West Coast Asian Retail & Restaurant
• Consult, advise, and learn customer's / prospects preferences for sushi preparation and provide detailed instructions to operations/production
• Identify opportunities for wholesale seafood on the West Coast following the exit of two major players from the market
• Work closely with the region's top chefs, understanding their expectations and requirements
• Conduct solid communication and presentation to existing accounts and new prospects within their territory
• Relay customer needs and opportunities, seafood trends, and updates to management
