Restaurant - Servers

We are seeking energetic, friendly, and reliable Service Crew members to join our team! As part of our front-of-house staff, you will ensure guests have a fun and memorable dining experience by providing excellent service, from welcoming them to assisting with menu selections and delivering orders promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner
  




• Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations
  




• Take food and beverage orders accurately
  




• Deliver food and beverages to tables quickly and correctly
  




• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any requests or concerns
  




• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
  




• Assist with setting up and closing down the restaurant each shift
  




• Work collaboratively with kitchen and fellow service staff
  




• Uphold all health, safety, and hygiene standards
  

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred (but not required — we can train!)
  




• Friendly, positive, and energetic attitude
  




• Strong communication and teamwork skills
  




• Ability to stay calm under pressure in a busy environment
  




• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts
  




• Must be available to work evening shifts from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM
  




• Must be authorized to work in the United States
