The Restaurant Service Support Associate assists servers, hosts, and management with daily dining room operations. This role helps ensure a positive guest experience through teamwork, attentive service, and adherence to restaurant standards.
Assist servers, hosts, and management with assigned duties.
Help create a welcoming environment and provide courteous service to guests.
Answer guest questions and respond to requests or complaints professionally.
Communicate effectively with coworkers and offer assistance when needed.
Share suggestions for operational improvements in a constructive manner.
Maintain a clean, professional uniform and proper personal hygiene.
Follow applicable health, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines.
Use restaurant equipment and materials properly and report unsafe conditions.
Understand and follow restaurant emergency procedures.
Comply with established workplace policies, standards, and procedures.
One to two years of restaurant experience preferred.
Positive attitude and genuine interest in hospitality.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well with a team and support coworkers.
Willingness to take initiative and assist with various responsibilities.
Commitment to guest satisfaction, cleanliness, and safety.
$2.13 per hour plus tips
