Position Summary

The Key Member plays a vital role in the day-to-day success of the store. This individual serves as a role model on and off the line, supports the management team, and helps drive a fun, efficient, and team-oriented work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead by example in food quality, speed, and guest interaction
  

• Open and/or close the store independently with confidence and accuracy
  

• Train and coach team members to maintain brand standards
  

• Handle cash drawers, deposits, and end-of-day reporting as needed
  

• Support shift coverage, scheduling input, and staff communication
  

• Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and operational excellence
  

• Maintain positive vibes and reinforce a culture of teamwork and respect
  

• Help identify and resolve store or staff issues in real time
  

Qualifications

• 1+ year of restaurant or foodservice experience preferred
  

• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
  

• Strong communication and organizational skills
  

• Dependable and punctual, with flexible availability
  

• Comfortable with responsibility and decision-making
  

• Must be 18 years or older
  

• Food handler certification (or willing to obtain)
