We’re looking for Key Members (Shift Leads) to help drive daily operations, support the team, and deliver amazing guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts by ensuring smooth operations and excellent guest service
  

• Support, coach, and motivate team members to hit service and speed goals
  

• Manage daily checklists, prep, and food quality standards
  

• Handle opening and/or closing duties, including cash handling and store set-up/close-down
  

• Jump in wherever needed – whether that’s running food, working the line, or helping guests
  

• Communicate with management about any issues, wins, or improvements
  

• Uphold sneakybird standards: fast, friendly, and never ever fried
  

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred
  

• Strong leadership and communication skills
  

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and keep cool under pressure
  

• Reliable, responsible, and a natural motivator
  

• Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends as needed
