What You’ll Do

• Lead by example during peak hours—fast, accurate, and energized
• Coach team members on food quality, speed, and service standards
• Ensure every shift meets Firehouse Subs brand standards
• Handle cash, POS, and shift reporting with accuracy
• Keep the restaurant clean, stocked, and running smoothly
• Step in wherever needed—line, register, prep, or guest recovery

What We’re Looking For

• Previous restaurant or shift leadership experience preferred
• Strong communicator who can motivate a team under pressure
• High standards for cleanliness, food quality, and service
• Reliable, punctual, and accountable
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
