 • Oversees the day-to-day operational activities of the food & beverage outlets
• Maintain personal contact with in-house guests and clients to ensure guest loyalty
• Supervise food & beverage staff including assisting in recruitment & selection, training & development, scheduling and other employee relations' issues. 
• Is trained and able to perform any food & beverage front of house position at the property.
• Maintain food & beverage product and service quality standards by ensuring policies and procedures are executed shift to shift.
• Ensure all food & beverage reporting is completed in a timely fashion.

Our friendly and attentive Restaurant Supervisor helps provide exceptional guest service and customer care in our restaurant and/or during event functions hosted by the property.
