Restaurant Supervisor

Position Summary

The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant and bar, ensuring excellent guest service, maintaining Roadhouse service standards, supervising team performance, controlling inventory, and supporting the Restaurant Manager in achieving operational and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of the restaurant, bar, and service team to ensure smooth and efficient service.


• Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of Servers, Bartenders, Baristas, Cashiers, and Stewards.


• Ensure exceptional guest service by handling guest requests, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.


• Maintain food quality, beverage standards, cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and overall outlet presentation.


• Monitor opening and closing procedures, table setup, service stations, and operational readiness.


• Ensure proper inventory control, maintain par stock, and coordinate requisitions for food, beverages, and operating supplies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field.


• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Food & Beverage Service, including at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
