SaddleBrooke Two is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to join our award-winning Food & Beverage Team. The restaurants at 

SaddleBrooke Two are a cornerstone in the community, where both members and guests enjoy great food in a social atmosphere, with a spectacular view of the Santa Catalina Mountains.

As a member of the Food and Beverage team, the assistant restaurant manager ensures members and guests enjoy a uniquely SaddleBrooke Two dining experience. The assistant manager builds professional relationships with members and guests; is a constant and visible presence during service, and promotes excellent customer service. 

The Restaurant Supervisor:

• Ensures the daily operation of an efficient customer service-driven dining, bar, and banquet operation. 
• May assist with Interviewing, training, scheduling, and coaching front-of-the-house staff to best meet guest expectations. 
• Promotes safe workplace practices.
• Manages the reservation system, and dine-in and carry-out guest services efficiently.
• Responds to customer complaints and comments. 
• Performs closing activities, and reconciles banks during the shift. 
• Produces post-shift report. 
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 3 or more years of Food and Beverage experience, including prior supervisory experience; 
• A food handler’s card and/or Alcohol service training; 
• General computer knowledge; 
• Up-to-date knowledge of health codes; 
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; and 
• Strong customer service skills.
