Position Overview

Team Members are the heart of sneakybird. From preparing food with care to delivering friendly service at the counter, drive-thru, or dining room, you’ll play an important role in creating a positive experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests with energy, friendliness, and genuine hospitality.
  

• Take accurate orders at the counter, drive-thru, or online hand-off station.
  

• Prepare menu items following sneakybird recipes and standards.
  

• Ensure food quality, presentation, and portioning meet brand expectations.
  

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace (kitchen, prep area, dining room).
  

• Restock supplies, sauces, and packaging throughout the shift.
  

• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  

• Work as part of a team to meet speed, accuracy, and service goals.
  

Qualifications
