We’re seeking a Direct Hire Head Trainer for an Asian franchise restaurant located in Woodland Hills, CA.

*Training will be conducted in Singapore for 6-8 weeks*- Expenses Paid

Salary: $75,000 - 85,000k a year + full benefits


About the Role:

  • Head Trainer will drive the training strategy, enhance employee skills, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
  • Maintain and improve on comprehensive training programs for all levels of restaurant staff.
  • Ensure training materials and content are up-to-date and aligned with company standards.
  • Lead the implementation of new training technologies and methodologies to enhance learning.
  • Recruit, train, and develop the training team.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to trainers to improve training delivery and effectiveness.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of trainers and make necessary improvements
  • Conduct regular assessments and audits of training programs to maintain quality and consistency.
  • Implement corrective actions as needed to address training deficiencies.
  • Ensure that training programs align with industry best practices and regulations.
  • Deliver training sessions to employees at all levels, ensuring understanding and retention of training material.
  • Facilitate training sessions both in-person and remotely.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities, including attendance and performance evaluations.
  • Prepare reports on training effectiveness and recommend improvements.

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in the restaurant industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Food Handling Certification Required

· Ability to travel is REQUIRED (Primarily travel to restaurants in the area)
