What You’ll Do

• Partner closely with a Project Team Leader to restore residential and commercial properties damaged by fire, water, or mold.

• Learn the process of contents cleaning and structural restoration, gaining the skills needed to lead future projects.

• Remove debris and assist with site restoration, transforming damaged spaces back into safe, livable environments.

• Take care of equipment, restock supplies, and ensure every job site is ready for success.

• Deliver an outstanding service experience for clients who are counting on us during critical times.

• Take on additional responsibilities that prepare you for leadership.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.

• 1–2 months of construction, demolition, or cleaning experience preferred (we’ll provide extensive training).

• Valid Driver’s License required.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety and procedural guidelines.

• A positive, adaptable attitude with the drive to grow into a leadership role.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, lift, bend, and move materials up to 45 lbs.     

Work in both indoor and outdoor conditions with exposure to moderate noise, vibration, and varying environments.
