Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restoration Construction Manager located in Aberdeen, NJ. The Restoration Construction Manager will oversee daily construction operations, manage project timelines and budgets, ensure construction safety compliance, and coordinate with clients and team members. Responsibilities include supervising construction crews, sub-contractors, maintain project control, and ensuring project completion to high standards.

Qualifications

Supervisory Skills and ability to manage construction crews

Experience in Budgeting and financial planning for projects

Knowledge of Construction Safety and regulatory compliance

Proficiency in Construction techniques and methodologies

Project Control skills for managing timelines and resources

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to work on-site in Aberdeen,

Proficient in Xactware estimating software

Experience in Insurance claim processes

90 Day Review after hiring.
