Who We’re Looking For

• Motivated and Reliable: You show up, work hard, and take pride in quality


• Hands-On Experience: Previous restoration, construction, or labor experience is a plus


• Willing to Learn: We'll provide training and certification opportunities


• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using apps or willing to learn (Dash, MICA, etc.)


• Team Player: Works well with supervisors and peers on-site


• Driver’s License Required and ability to be on-call as needed


• Bonus: Experience in fire, water, or mold cleanup is a huge plus
