Restoration Monitoring Technician (Weekends Only - Saturday & Sunday)

SERVPRO Team Cuthbertson is looking for a Monitoring Technician to work Saturdays and Sundays to ensure our water mitigation projects stay on track. If you’re detail-oriented, proactive, and take pride in delivering top-quality service, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

• Monitor active water mitigation projects to ensure optimal drying conditions.


• Take psychrometric and moisture content readings, documenting all findings accurately.


• Adjust drying equipment as needed to maintain proper progress.


• Communicate with team members regarding any issues or necessary adjustments.


• Document all services performed using industry-specific software.

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED required.


• Experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction industries preferred.


• IICRC certifications preferred


• Strong work ethic.


• Strong oral communication skills.


• This job requires the use of Personal Protective Equipment including the wear and use of respirators.


• Ability to successfully complete a background check, drug screen, and clean driving record; subject to applicable law.
