Team Compensation and Benefits:
- $92-120k target salary + commission
- Base salary of $72k
- No cap on commissions

What does a Restoration Project Manager (RPM) with Paul Davis do?
- Manages subcontractor, vendor, and customer relationships
- Ensure projects are delivered on budget and on time

Requirements:
- Construction, reconstruction, or trades experience
- Strong computer and cloud-based software skills
- Ability to lead and develop a team
- Career emphasis on learning and continuing education
- Sound planning and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- College Degree or equivalent relevant experience
Role on the Team:
- Meet operational objectives of: Sales, Gross Margin, Brand Experience
- Track metrics during bi-weekly GS&R
- Confirm budget and work orders before start of the project.
- Ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
- Participate in local community events.
- Build relationships with key customers – direct and B2B.
- Seek partnerships to improve performance with vendors and tradesmen.
