What You’ll Do

• Develop and grow new residential and commercial business in your territory


• Build referral networks with insurance adjusters, property managers, real estate professionals, contractors, and more


• Represent Regency DRT at community events, trade shows, and industry functions


• Collaborate with your branch team to achieve sales targets and support customer success


• Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipelines, and client follow-up

What We’re Looking For

• At least 5 years of proven sales experience in restoration or related fields


• Demonstrated ability to generate over $2 million in annual sales revenue


• Strong communication and relationship-building skills


• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented


• Knowledge of insurance claims and restoration processes is highly preferred

• $70,000-75,000 base salary plus unlimited commission potential
