Our skilled W-2 team handles all work in-house, except for licensed trades like electrical and HVAC. This approach ensures consistent quality, clear communication, and accountability from start to finish. We specialize in residential remodels and handyman services.

• Respond quickly to emergency restoration calls


• Assess property damage and develop restoration plans


• Perform water extraction, drying, and dehumidification


• Remove debris, damaged materials, and hazardous substances


• Clean and sanitize affected areas (including mold remediation when needed)


• Operate restoration equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, extractors, etc.)


• Document job progress with photos and reports


• Communicate clearly with customers, team members, and supervisors


• Follow all safety procedures and industry standards


• Assist with demolition and basic repairs when necessary

• High school diploma or equivalent


• Previous restoration, construction, or labor experience preferred


• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding environments


• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation


• Willingness to be on-call for emergency jobs (nights/weekends)


• Strong work ethic and attention to detail


• Xactimate experience a plus


• Experience in estimating construction projects

• Experience with water, fire, or mold restoration


• Knowledge of restoration equipment and techniques


• Certifications (IICRC or similar) are a plus


• Problem-solving and time management skills


• Good communication and customer service skills

• Indoor and outdoor job sites


• Exposure to dust, debris, moisture, and varying temperatures
