Job Summary
We are seeking a Restoration Technician to join our team. This is an impactful role, as you will be assisting customers who have experienced water or mold damage in returning their homes or businesses to good condition. You will perform cleaning, drying, and demolition work as well as other restoration activities. The ideal candidate understands the importance of this position and cares deeply about the quality of their work and the impact it will have on customers.
Responsibilities:
- Follow work orders and lead technician's instructions
- Perform cleaning, drying, demolition, and other restoration work
- Maintain appropriate inventory levels in work vehicle and stock supplies for each project
- Keep workspace and vehicle clean and organized
- Prepare job site for restoration activities
- Work closely with lead technician's and other Restoration Technicians
On Call:
All technicians are required to be in an on-call rotation schedule for after hour emergency service calls. Technicians will receive a bonus for going out to calls.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including climbing ladders, working at heights and in tight spaces, and lifting heavy objects up to 75lbs consistently.
Paramount Restoration performs emergency remediation throughout Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky for water, storm, fire, mold sewage damage and more seven days a week, 365 days a year.
