Key Responsibilities:
Handle with Care: Remove damaged materials and debris efficiently and safely
Clean Up and Clear Out: Manage project site cleanup, including bagging and disposing of waste
Water Extraction Pro: Operate water vacuums and pumps to remove standing water from structures
Detail-Oriented Cleaning: Perform meticulous cleaning tasks like vacuuming, brushing, and damp wiping surfaces
Barrier Installation: Install plastic barriers and barricades using mechanical fasteners, tape, and adhesives
Setup and Adjustment: Set up and adjust drying and filtration equipment
HVAC System Cleaning: Clean HVAC systems, air ducts, and exhaust systems using specialized equipment
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Background in home services or construction is a plus, but not required
Attitude: Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a self-starter mentality
Team Player: Ability to work effectively within a team
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Customer Focus: Outstanding customer service abilities
Professionalism: Neat appearance and professional demeanor
Physical Fitness: Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
Availability: Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation
License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Screening: Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening
