Your Role as a Restoration Technician
As a Restoration Technician, you will play a crucial role in restoring homes and businesses, ensuring customer satisfaction, and upholding Voda’s commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities
🔹 Perform a variety of restoration services, including water mitigation, mold remediation, trauma scene cleanup, and more (compensation increases with added certifications).
🔹 Ensure job site safety for both workers and customers by following all safety protocols.
🔹 Communicate effectively with customers, explaining the scope of work and answering any questions.
🔹 Conduct inspections and ensure completed work meets company standards.
🔹 Maintain and service restoration equipment and company vehicles.
🔹 Keep accurate records by completing daily logs, work orders, and restoration documentation.
🔹 Organize and restock tools, materials, and supplies for company vehicles.
🔹 Manage inventory of restoration-related supplies.

What We’re Looking For
✅ Education & Experience: High school diploma or GED required.
✅ Driver's License (Preferred)
✅ Math Skills: Ability to determine equipment needs using basic calculations.
✅ Tech Savvy: Basic proficiency with computers, email, and mobile reporting tools.
✅ Certifications: Preferred certifications in Water Mitigation, Mold Remediation, or other restoration services (or willingness to obtain).
✅ As an emergency company, must be willing to share On-Call work after hours.
✅ Must be able to lift, carry and reposition furniture and equipment up to 75 pounds.
