Restoration Technician

Purpose of the Role

The Production Technician is responsible for executing high-quality fire restoration, contents handling, textiles care, and janitorial services. This role plays a key part in delivering excellent customer service, restoring both structure and personal property, and maintaining clean, safe job environments. While this technician specializes in fire and contents-related services, they are cross-trained to support other restoration needs as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

• Pack-out, label, and inventory contents and textiles for cleaning/restoration
• Perform janitorial services and follow client-specific cleaning standards
• Clean and assist with demolition of damaged structures (walls, floors, cabinets, etc.)
• Set up, maintain, and clean jobsites daily
• Safely operate and maintain restoration equipment (HEPA vacuums, extractors, foggers, etc.)
• Keep vehicles and tools stocked, clean, and organized
• Accurately document job progress and communicate with supervisors
• Deliver professional customer service while following all safety practices

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license
• This role requires the ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 50 pounds or more in support of restoration and cleaning work

Work schedule

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
