Restoration Technician

Restoration 1 New Jersey is hiring motivated, dependable individuals to join our growing team as Restoration Technicians.

Responsibilities

• Respond to residential and commercial property damage emergencies
• Perform water extraction, demolition, cleanup, and drying services
• Assist with fire, mold, and storm damage restoration
• Perform light reconstruction and general construction duties
• Set up and monitor drying equipment
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment
• Keep jobsites clean, organized, and safe
• Deliver exceptional customer service while working in occupied homes and businesses

 Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical work throughout the day
• Valid driver's license preferred with a clean driving record
• Construction, restoration, demolition, moving, landscaping, painting, warehouse, or other hands-on experience is a plus, but not required
