What You’ll Do
As a Restorative Aide (CNA), you’ll help residents improve and maintain their independence by supporting rehabilitation goals and daily living skills. This role combines restorative-focused care with standard CNA responsibilities to ensure personalized, high-quality support. Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting with restorative programs: range of motion, ambulation, splinting/bracing, transfers, feeding, grooming, and communication


• Supporting residents with restorative dining and tracking meal intake


• Capturing and documenting weekly resident weights


• Collaborating with therapy teams to align restorative care with treatment plans


• Performing charting and documentation for assigned residents


• Assisting with standard CNA duties, including hygiene, dressing, mobility, and patient care support

Who We’re Looking For

• Active Colorado CNA license (DORA)


• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)


• High school diploma or equivalent preferred


• At least 2 years of CNA experience preferred


• Must be 18 years of age or older

Compensation may vary outside this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
