Restorative Aide (CNA) - Must have restorative experience 

• Salary:  Up to $27.25/hour (pay is based on experience) + benefits
• Schedule:  Day Shift  / Full-time
• Shift:  Monday-Friday 7:00 am - 3:00 pm, with an every other weekend rotation

A little more about our center:

Crestwood Terrace is an Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) with 126 beds and is providing patient care to the mentally ill/behavior health population (ages 21 and up).  Located in a quiet neighborhood, we are one of 3 medical centers on our street.  What makes us unique:

This is an Intermediate Care Facility (ICF).  Residents do NOT require skilled care; your job is a little different here:

• Residents are more independent
• LOVE patient interaction and one-on-one time?  This is a slower paced center so you get to know your patients.
• This environment has less lifting and less physical demands on your body.
• You will have the chance to assist and attend activity outings with residents.
• You may help residents with things like choosing clothing or setting appointments.
• Overall you will provide compassionate care monitoring to this unique population.

Restorative Aide / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) 

What we need from you:

• CNA certification in IL
• Prior Restorative Aide experience (or certification) in a skilled nursing facility or intermediate care facility is required
