Overview
This position will be calling hospital and rehab/nursing facilities and working with them to receive any documents or signed orders needed to resume home health after hospitalization. Once items are received, will be responsible for uploading the documents to Kinnser. This position will also be working with members of the marketing team as they also assist in retrieval of signed documents from their referral sources.

Job Skills and Education
Skills: A basic knowledge in healthcare setting is a plus. General computer skills and email knowledge. Being a self-motivator, excellent customer service skills, being pro-active, the ability to multitask, being a problem solver, and the ability to prioritize is a must.
Education: High School Diploma
