Ironclad & Co. is seeking skilled Resurfacing Technicians specializing in surface repair and coatings. This role involves repairing, polishing, and coating various surfaces to restore their appearance and functionality for residential and commercial clients.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and repair surfaces including concrete, stone, and other materials
• Apply appropriate coatings, sealants, and finishes to surfaces
• Operate polishing and resurfacing equipment safely and effectively
• Identify surface defects and determine the best repair method
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications

Requirements
