Your Role:

• Warmly approach customers while they’re shopping, sharing your enthusiasm for solar solutions.
• Start friendly conversations that intrigue customers and encourage them to learn more.
• Schedule appointments with our talented sales team, ensuring customers receive personalized attention.
• Keep track of customer interactions and follow-ups using our easy-to-use CRM.
• Work alongside a supportive team to meet daily and weekly goals while having fun!

What You Need to Succeed:

• A natural ability to communicate with others and make them feel comfortable.
• A genuine interest in renewable energy and helping others understand its benefits.
• Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but being friendly and open-minded is what counts!
• Great organizational skills to keep track of your leads and appointments.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are a must.
