Job Title: Retail Assistant Manager

Hourly Pay: $18 $24/hour

In this role, you will oversee store staff, assist in managing inventory, and ensure that customers receive the best possible shopping experience. Job Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and motivate retail staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
• Assist in the management of store operations, including opening and closing the store
• Oversee inventory control, including restocking shelves, checking inventory levels, and organizing the stockroom
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times

• Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new store staff

• Handle customer inquiries, returns, and issues professionally and promptly
• Help meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining a positive store atmosphere
• Maintain store policies and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient work environment

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail supervisory or assistant management role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment

• Experience with inventory management and sales tracking systems

• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
