The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales associates, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets.

In this role, you will play a crucial role in managing client accounts, increasing sales, and improving brand visibility through retail operations and customer interactions.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and enjoy building relationships. Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries and ensure their needs are met during retail interactions
• Monitor sales activity to align services with budgetary constraints and client objectives
• Regularly collaborate with team members to assess progress and brainstorm innovative strategies for business enhancement
• Prepare progress reports for clients and internal stakeholders
• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account renewals, and coordinate closely with the sales team
