Retail Associate

As a Retail Associate, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers. The Retail Associate will be responsible for ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded when it comes to the level of personalized sales and customer service support that we offer. The Retail Associate role involves building lasting relationships, providing excellent sales and customer service, and advocating for client and customer interests.

Key Responsibilities of a Retail Associate:

• As a Retail Associate, work with customers to present products and services available to them while building relationships 
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally 
• Facilitate communication between customers and products available, ensuring that activation processes run smoothly, sales are processed, and beneficially for all parties
• Keep working area in retail store clean at all times for customers to approach 
• Abide by all compliance policies while handling sensitive customer information, ensuring all interactions meet legal regulatory and privacy requirements

Qualifications of a Retail Associate:

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, sales and/or customer service capacities is a plus
• Personable, able to work well with others and communicate effectively
• Highly-driven and growth-oriented individuals with a passion for customer care
• Ability to think quickly and offer effective solutions on the spot
• Proactive, able to take initiative and act independently when necessary
