Retail Associate

This entry-level position supports customer service, stocking, merchandising, and general store operations while helping create a positive shopping experience.

Primary responsibilities

· Assist customers throughout the store

· Replenish merchandise and maintain neat displays

· Support checkout and service-desk activities when trained

· Keep aisles, shelves, and work areas clean and organized

A strong candidate is dependable, comfortable working on their feet, and able to communicate clearly with customers and coworkers. Attention to accuracy, safety, and service is important. Candidates should be willing to learn procedures, follow directions, complete tasks, and work as part of a team in a retail environment.
